Major office development among latest Cheshire planning applications

A major office development, plans for a city centre holiday let, housing developments, electric vehicle charging points and a church porch feature in planning applications to Cheshire’s councils.

These applications are deliberated upon by planning authorities across the county and are either approved, rejected or deferred for more information and clarity.

This could be an extension to your neighbour’s property or a new school in your area.
